London Welsh Market

October brought some exciting moments for Radish & Pear, but the true highlight? The London Welsh Market! It was an incredible event at the London Welsh Centre in Camden, and I can’t wait to share the experience with you.

On October 19th, more than 15 Welsh small businesses gathered for the Welsh Autumn Market, filling the heart of Camden with a unique celebration of Welsh craftsmanship and community spirit. Moving to London this past year, I’ve missed my Welsh roots, so being surrounded by amazing creators from all over Wales was heartwarming!

Doors opened at 10 a.m., and there was a flurry of excitement as customers eagerly lined up to explore unique Welsh products! I was thrilled and a bit in awe of the queues that formed for Radish & Pear jewelry. Seeing so many of you passionate about our designs was surreal, and it made those hours fly by!

Our bestseller was the timeless Nina Pearl earrings, an elegant gold piece that many just couldn’t resist. Right behind them were the Elphaba Huggie earrings in a stunning emerald green, inspired by Elphaba from Wicked. These favorites truly shone, and seeing them fly off the table reminded me why I love designing for all of you!

Fun fact: Our exclusive shell ring and earring boxes are only available at markets—think of them as a little reward for supporting Radish & Pear in person. (Convinced to come to the next one yet? 😉)

Beyond our table, the market was filled with incredible Welsh-made products. From food to candles, handmade woodwork, and unique art prints, each stall offered something special. I even treated myself to some treasures from Olfani, Eryri Candles, and Full of Stars Art—be sure to follow them on Instagram for some Welsh charm!

The day wrapped up around 5:30 p.m., leaving me with a full heart and wonderful memories. Special thanks to Nicola Parry and the London Welsh Centre team for making it all possible. I’m already counting down to next year’s market!
